Nowadays, industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and the market's requirements for product quality and production standards in factories are getting higher and higher. Stable production in factories is an important factor for achieving business success. We are deeply aware that the development of a factory not only depends on products but also on employees. The physical and mental health of employees and the collective cohesion of the company play a crucial role in the steady development of the company. Therefore, Adhering to the concept of "people-oriented", we not only attach great importance to the technological breakthroughs in product research and development and the steady progress of market expansion, but also pay close attention to the working conditions and physical and mental needs of each employee. To help employees relieve daily work pressure, relax their minds and bodies, and further stimulate their work enthusiasm and teamwork awareness, we organized the autumn team-building activity of Chaochen Electronics.
To enrich the content of this team-building activity, the management staff have devoted a lot of effort. We have set the activity as the main theme of "relaxation + fun + outdoor expansion", which not only increases the fun of the activity but also takes into account the needs of personnel from different departments and positions. We chose an ecological farm as our location, which not only offers a spacious area for us to carry out a series of interesting activities but also provides a beautiful ecological environment for employees who often work at desks to enjoy the natural scenery and relax their minds and bodies.

We chose a sunny morning and chartered a bus to set off. On the bus, all the comrades were very excited. There was laughter and joy inside the vehicle. Everyone was full of anticipation for the activity. After arriving at the farm, the guide first showed us around the farm environment and introduced the functions of different areas. Then we carried out a fun ice-breaking activity. Most of the colleagues in the technical department were responsible for giving suggestions and acting as "behind-the-scenes military personnel", while the young employees fully demonstrated their vitality and enthusiasm. The activity was in full swing. After each project, the winning teams cheered and jumped for joy, while the losing teams encouraged each other. There was no tension of competition on the spot; instead, there was more warmth of mutual support. After the three rounds of games, we gave rewards based on the scores of different groups, and at the same time, we commended every active participant. After the event, under the guidance of the farmer, we set up tents, picnic MATS and barbecue grilling. The administrative department also specially prepared barbecue ingredients. Everyone worked in a division of labor, with some responsible for lighting the fire, some for grilling and some for distributing. The fragrant grilled meat and the continuous laughter mingled together, forming a warm picture of a "big family".
As the event was coming to an end, the general manager of the factory stepped onto the stage and expressed his gratitude to all the employees: "Everyone has been working hard in their respective positions on a daily basis, laying a solid foundation for the development of the factory." I hope that through this team-building activity, everyone can relax their minds and bodies, enhance their friendship, and continue to work together in the future to achieve even greater success! Subsequently, the factory presented each employee with a customized commemorative gift. The gift was printed with the words "Unite and move Forward Together, Build the Future", which not only commemorated this event but also expressed expectations for the team's future.

On the way back, the employees were still enthusiastically discussing the wonderful moments of the activity. Engineer Li from the R&D Department said, "I don't communicate much with colleagues from the production and sales departments usually. This team-building activity allowed me to see a different side of everyone. Communication will definitely be smoother in future work." Master Zhang, who works on the production line, also smiled and said, "It's been quite tiring to catch up with the production schedule these days. I had a great time today. I'm sure I'll be in a better state when I get back to work." ​

This team-building activity is not merely a simple relaxation but a vivid embodiment of the factory's "people-oriented" philosophy. Through the activities, the employees relieved their work pressure, enhanced mutual understanding and trust, and further improved the team's cohesion and centripetal force. In the future, we will continue to take the needs of our employees as the starting point, regularly carry out various caring activities, so that every employee can be inspired to work with enthusiasm in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, grow together with the enterprise, steadily move forward on the road of the new energy industry, and create more glories.
